HTC ‘under water’, talks with Apple

“We need to sit down and discuss the issues,” Winston Yung, CFO of the Taiwanese manufacturer said yesterday. “We will have a completely open discussion.”
“We welcome all measures, provided they are fair and reasonable,” Mr Yung said, so far, the company has had discussions with Apple, even before the action takes place.
